Ive been seeing adverts for these instructional sites recently and I just wondered if anyone on here uses either? If so which one is best for MTTs, or are they designed for cash games and sit n go's .

Cardrunners have the most videos I believe, and they also include tournaments. I have no interest in the hand replayer tools on PokerXFactor so I went for Cardrunners and am quite happy with the choice.

CR replayer is just as good now they've done it.
I have no knowledge on PXF, but CR is excellent and well worth the money for tourneys and cash imo.

I'm a member of both, PXF has better tournament content. At the moment they're celebrating their second anniversary and have 7 free videos in their training centre

If its the guy I think it is then I always follow his advice of playing speed freerolls before a big game to warm up.
