I suppose you're right Dana, we'll just have to do with these smoked Salmon sandwiches and a copious mountain of doughnuts. When will the pain end?

Excuse me, maybe it's because I live in Burgondy, but I CANNOT eat without that , and I felt that I had to add that to our menu...

The apple of your eye:

Seems to have done a bit of the dwindle-double today, but still alive and kicking.  Here pictured with around 35k.

Finally, he calls. (Ahhhh) Risto, shows while Perot happily throws down to take a huge pot. He screams at the top of his voice and then bangs the table so hard, we think he might have broken his hand... Roll Eyes

Just in from work and reading this and I showed it to my brother. He said in his finest Tallaght accent:

"HURAWAH? THE FUCK?"

Indeed. Wow.

It's a good kind of funny-looking. A bit like this:

Go Trond! He's just awesome.

The first of my picks, Theo Jorgensen is OUT. Thierry Van Der Berg's A-Q crippling his A-K.

David Burn, is OUT I think, his card was left on the table, as was his chips, being pushed towards Jari-Pekka Juhola whose Nines were still showing along with a J-6-J-9-x board.

Craig Hopkins calls a raise from Ricardo Sousa, both check the flop before Craig fires out 7k on the turn. The Portuguese player gives up without much though.

Tyler Netter bets 8.5k on a flop before CRAI on the turn, but Daniel Woolson had got lucky with and quickly called. No help on the river and another player is gone.

Woolson stacking his chips:

Also out is William Johnson, Ace King no good against Taras Mikulik's Nines.

It's ok, he's bandaged it now.

He says he busted the same hand once before at the Barcelona EPT from banging it on the table when Gus Hansen bluffed him...

Also he added, "At least I didn't punch someone in the face..."

Fredrik Haugen (top) doubles through James Honeybone... he raised preflop and found Honeybone re-raising out of the big blind to 14,500.  After quite a pause, Haugen announced all-in, for 31,000 more.  Now even more pause action (if such a thing exists) as a tough call was eventually decided upon.
Honeybone:
Haugen:

The board included no Aces or Jacks, but the for emphasis, and the tournament whizkid is up to a very playable near 100k while James heads towards what looks suspiciously like a short stack.
