Remaining seats for Luton event will be on sale from 8pm this evening.
'APAT English Holding Tank 2'
The first lot sold out very quickly, remaining 35 seats won't be around for long.
Can't see them on the menu, just the original one with 100 seats sold.

Not for me and I've looked under "specials" and "tourneys $50+" and the only two APAT holding tanks are the aforementioned ones on the 23rd Oct.

For Dublin only, chips will be removed from play at the end of Level 3, pressures of space in the card-room
For Luton and following events, chips blind off til stack's gone

why only dublin? surely there should be a uniform rule in all apat comps?
its to late for alternates after level 3 so how does this put pressure on space in the cardroom?

There is a uniform rule in the APAT comps, that they are left in play.
However it was a stipulation from this particular venue, this year, that the chips were removed after three levels and it was announced on the APAT forum on various threads at the time
It was either that, or no event, I am afraid
by removing chips then it frees up tables quicker for the venues' other poker activities which in previous years they could not fulfill.

Probably best not to have any future events at places with crappy rules like this Rich.
I know I'd have been kicked out of at least 4 tournaments if this was the case. Tbh I wouldn't reg if I knew I couldn't go out the night before for fear of losing my money.
If someone's chips get removed do they get a refund?
