I'm sure I saw the after match interview yesterday and Wenger said that the tackle was late and a bit high and he agreed that he derserved to sent off. |

As I said in my OP I never saw yesterdays, but I do remember the tackle on Terry from that thug Eboue (I think it was) I have seen a good few challenges this season from Arsenal players that I found unsavoury, I don't pay much attention to them after the game though if no action is taken. And it must have been really bad for Whinger to have agreed with the sending off. |

Diaby did get his ankle broken and dislocated by a wreckless and imo intentional tackle from Sunderland player Dan Smith just as his career was starting to blossom, causing him to miss almost a whole year.
I believe Smith received either a yellow card or no card.

really Ed?, If you didnt know that Eduardo had such a bad injury and just watched the tackles its much worse, he hits the leg that isnt passing the ball halfway up the shin. A really bad tackle for me. |

Not disagreeing that it is a bad tackle, and lucky that the Bolton player wasn't badly injured. I will have to watch the Eduardo one again, but for my recollection there was more force behind the contact?
