First race Alberta's run looks quite nicely priced at around 7-4..all the other races I would avoid though...it's all good racing but nothing stands out for me.

Tricky card, nothing stands out for me.
My feeling is to avoid any horses which won at Cheltenham if the jockey picked up a whip ban.
I'm not a layer, but if I were, Captain CeeBee meets those criteria.

I think Albertas Run is a good thing in the first up against horses that have had a long hard season. I'm very keen on The Tother One in the next,Thomas gave it a poor ride at the festival and i expect Ruby to sit and wait a lot longer today.I may have a small punt on an outsider in the next just in case Master Minded doesn't stay. The Topham usually goes to a light weight but i don't know which one.I think the Nicholls/Walsh horse is the only danger to Captain Cee Bee who is very short imo. Maybe Boychuk or Alderburn in the next and Call me a legend in the bumper.

Right mission accomplished, here are the selections from the Colchester Jury
2.35 Souffleur
3.45 In the high grass (EW NAP)
4.55 Kings Euro
5.30 Ravello Boy
drew £17 and change from yesterdays, so reinvested the stake and took the £2 profit LOL
50p EW lucky 15.

Best of luck to you..I personally think Souffleur is a tremendously dissapointing and dodgy sort...so it will probably hack up

2:00 NOVICES' CHASE 3m1f
Big Bucks - FTW
2:35 NOVICES' HURDLE 3m110y
The Tother One - wee each way because I'm chicken about win only bets
3:10 MELLING CHASE 2m4f
Voy Por Ustedes - wee each way for reasons stated above
3:45 TOPHAM CHASE 2m 5f 110y
Bothar Na - E/W (notice a trend yet? lol)
4:20 NOVICES' HURDLE 2m110y
Pierrot Lunaire - FTW (broke the trend on this one)
Went a little mad in the next race:
4:55 HANDICAP CHASE 3m1f
New Little Bric - E/W
and
4:55 HANDICAP CHASE 3m1f
Boychuk - E/W
Last, but hopefully first in the race is:

Big Bucks
Gone to Lunch
Tamarinbleu (having a punt on Master Minded not staying, certainly unbackable at 2/7. Tamarinbleu also 9/4 in the without the favourite market, which I liked)
EW on Bothar Na
E/W on Alsadaa (Captain CeeBee opposable at those odds)
and all in a EW Lucky 31
Lay all these quick, I am the posh Glasgow Bandit

Gone for a lucky 15 too
2.00- Albertas Run
2.35 - The Tother One
3.10 - Master Minded
4.55 - New Little Bric
Do I need one winner for lucky 15's ? Do places count? I really don't know. I was going to do a yankee but I read that lucky 15's may be better
Could some kind soul explain both bets for me please

lucky 15 is a yankee but the singles count. (A yankee is only doubles/trebles and a 4 fold)
it depends on the odds of your picks whether a yankee or lucky15 is better. If your horses have short odds a yankee is better and the lucky 15 doesn't do anything for you really.

oh ty. I guess having Master Minded in wasn't a great move then, not so good odds on that one.
So it's wins only, no places?

if you have your lucky 15 EW then places count as well.
You have picked several fairly short priced horses (Alberta's run is only 7-4/2-1) so I would have gone with a yankee instead.
Tighty is right..some firms (most, I think) pay double the odds if you only have one winner in a lucky 15. some firms (Betfred) give you a bonus if you get all your selections correct (win) in a lucky 15 (25% I think)...so a horse like Mastermind makes sense in that scenario as it's a nice little booster.

TY,
It was with Blue Sq and it did say about a bonus. Will go for better priced horses next time, but if you're picking the winners, you can't help the odds eh
everyone, here's to another great day of racing
