generally just shove if your stack is less than 10 BB or if villain has less than 10xBB and only him to act after you

depends what ur pushing with, from what position, with how many x BB and who in to. Wit hthe example above a standard 3xBB raise ssould be enough or you'll only get called by a hand that is beating you i.e. AA or Kk as everything else will fold unless they are shortstacked

So you have 35 BB's? Or is this a typo and you have 500? I would NEVER shove with this amount of chips, why would you?

There are very extreme (read pedantic) situation where i would shove 35bbs effective. On the bubble with two massive chip stacks and im slightly covered and oop. I would shove hands like ak,qq etc so i didn't get reshoved on by the chip daddy and forced to fold.

Thats obv a rare eg, but even rarer is getting down to 3 players and having more than 6 BB's each, never mind 35!!!
