Should I have waited for a better spot here??

Down to the last 56 (I'm in 33rd)

I have 22500 with the blinds at 1200/2400

One huge stack at the table who is btn, 2 with less than 10k stacks the rest are similiar-ish sizes to me.

Anyway I am in EP with A8s and blinds going up in one minute.

Shove here or fold and wait for a possible better spot?

Just be sure to wear yer armbands...the water can get a bit rough in there.  lol  That said, if you read them with a thick skin and an open mind (try to think 'outside the box') you might find it very helpful.

As for the hand you mention, I would fold and wait for a better spot.  Granted, I have a bad habit of folding pocket J's at late stages of tourneys, so what do I know?

I pass there too, I would rather shove with 78 than A8 for the reason that 99% of the time you are going to be massively dominated by a bigger Ace.
