Disgraceful, but you've still to beat Fiorentina for it to happen.

Eh who do we play on Sunday, three days after a UEFA cup semi final match? Who was given a week off prior to the UEFA cup final?
Nice link all the same I guess.
Disgraceful you say? Why? We are still having to play 4 games in a week, when do you propose we played them? I know you need all the help you can get but come on having us play 5 a week or playing two days before a UEFA cup semi would have been ridiculous no?
Personally its a half assed decision fron the SPL. The league season should have been extended regardless.

3 days after a
home
semi-final.
The week off was thanks to Dundee - no help from the SPL or any other club.
If the pitch at Ibrox had been playable against East Stirling, you'd beaten Partick Thistle in the Cup at home & you'd not postponed the game against Gretna you'd not have this trouble.
To quote Alex McLeish - "We wish we had their problems".
I think not helping our clubs in Europe is a terrible enditement on the SPL, I thought it in 2003. But if Rangers struggle then they've been hoisted on their own petard.

lol so the weather and being not winning cup games at the first attempt is to blame, yeah all our own fault. Nothing to do with the SFA asking for the St Mirren game to be postponed prior to the Scotland v Italy game, or Cetlc using the death of a young man to make a late request for a postponement due to an injury and suspension crisis?

LOL so its Celtic fault!??
So in 2003 when we where forced to play at Ibrox 48 hours after an away semi final in UEFA cup (micky mouse cup back then) what was your opinion then, hell slap it into Timmy for been such a success.
A few seasons before we endured a horrendous visit to one of the Eastern bloc countries and had to play an old firm game 48 hrs after that also.
Had Rangers managed to make sure the pitch was playable for the east Stirling game and had they not asked the SPL to postpone the Gretna game before THAT clash with Lyon yous wouldn't find yourselves in this mess.
Personally I have no sympathy, but the SPL can't rewrite the rules nine tengths of the way through the season. Yous knew at the beginning of the season when the league emptied. And to blame the SFA and Celtic is childish, yous where happy to take advantage of the SPL postponing the St Mirren game when it happened.
Ohh and as for the Phil O'Donnell incident, don't dare sully the memmory of Phil or indeed try and drag the name of Celtic Football Club through the mud now. Move along back to your cesspit.

Not winning your games is, yes. Having a waterlogged pitch is, yes. If those had not happened then you'd have not had a problem.
The SFA decision was stupid agreed.
The last point is not worth dignifying with an answer.
