I had my diaphragm replaced in the toilet but it still needs a couple of flushes to make it work. Is that ok?

Not really if its an old syphon and they only changed the diaphragm then that could be the problem,if i was you id phone them up and tell them you have a few arthritic customers who find it hard to keep flushing and you'd expect the work that they did to operate correctly.

OK - should I expect to get charged if they need to do more work - like replace the whole syphon?
