ahhhh Laxie, a very early punting memory was betting on Jonnhy Logan at 6/1. Im slightly ashamed to admit that I used to tape the heats and also all the Stars in their eyes shows so I could watch them all again just before the final, what a sad sad man eh?
just another year, Phil, just another year

lol. I remember having about £250 ew at 6/1 on Roy Orbison one year when I thought he was about a 2/1 chance and he got beat by some young whippersnapper, Marti Pellow I think it was. Sad that I can remmeber a bet from around 18 years ago but cant remember to feed the boy at the right times thru the day now

Estonia was going great guns until the lads landed on stage and starting singing. Cries of, 'Oh dear lord!!!' from the children in this house pretty much sums it up. NEXT!
