Playing the £750 in SHeffield last night, and down to around 30 odd.
Blinds 600 1200.

I am SB and have 14600 back

Folded round to me and I have 10 10.

The big blind is very aggressive (specially with rag ace)

I limp, hoping for a raise.

Sure enough, he makes it another 4000 to go.

Now I think my only choice is either fold or all in.

What would you do?

how many chips has the raiser got?

The very last hand of the night goes to Dewi James, who finds ACES and talks Raymond O’Mahoney into calling his all-in preflop bet of 15k.  “If I had AQ, I’d call!” says Dewi.  Raymond calls holding pocket 66’s.

If he is aggressive as you say, he could be raising with anything, I go all in and hope   0:-)

What was your intention when he limped? If you expected him to raise, then presumably you would have a strategy to deal with it? Calling leaves you 10K?. Unless he's capable of passing Ace high on a flop bet of 10000 with 10400 in pot I would push allin. But then I like to lose on the river to A2 offsuit...

The way they play PLO and PLO8 in Sheffield that might be the best advice!
