I come here looking for support and this is what i get!
I had an incident last night with a jumbo packet of starburst that i'm not even gonna post about now
NO!!!!! They are not starburst they are Opal Fruits....and while we are on the subject its a Marathon not a Snickers...always has been...always will be....and why on earth change Jif Lemon cleaner to Cif just because there is already a Jif Lemon...who here has put bathroom detergent on their pancakes?  ? and you wonder why you're still single?..It's a snickers FFS! I think I read that they've re registered Marathon as a trademark - so it might not be for long. |

I feel your pain Bolt and as an experienced binge eater what I do in these moments of distress is fall back on the the tried and trusted self worth boosting trick.
Attempt a 12 pack of salt and vinegar squares, the packs are quite small but mentally you will be back on the right track in in no time.
