Anyone thinking about bringing cigs etc back from Europe this summer, they have cracked down big time at Leeds/Bradford airport as more free gifts are needed for our welcome new arrivals...you couldnt make it up...but I had fun

Really strange how he said it in the morning, then afternoon we get the treatment...there was even a tape recorder and I saw some tape and gloves...

you got the 'treatment' because you couldn't prove the tobacco was for your own use.  

Stating as fact in a post that the seized goods are being given away by customs as gifts to immigrants because a taxi driver told you so is nothing to do with that!  In any case, surely it would be better it were given away rather than destroyed?
