gl Claire
Im beginning to face facts on my online career too.....it just aint working as it used to a year/18 months ago...
I withdrew a bunch of money that time ,forcing me down the limits...but that was ok, I fully expected to rebuild easily as i did before....not so.....personally i blame the americans.
the anti-poker bill forced the majority of fish from the game leaving maniac irish and scandies mostly, and i just can't handle them...lol
so the result is by BR is slowly but steadily going down..my game selection is getting lower.and i just aint winning or enjoying it no more...im doubting myself all the time and playing scared poker.
I also refuse to re-deposit,I'm just playing outta habit...but I love live play like yourself, and have had some good results, but it will never be a great money spinner for me.
time for a rest, time to hang up the poker cap for a while and re-evaluate things..
gl with your endeavours

Loads of them on partypoker and pacific and I havent seen one play well at all on the lower limit tables. None of them know how to bet or to fold.

There are some reasonable German mid stakes stt players, hell of a lot better than their UK counterparts anyway. They do seem to push too wide especially from EP and table selection clearly hasn't reached Germany yet.

So today I'm changing tack and punting my 69 bucks on a higher risk/higher reward strategy and hitting the MTT's today, starting with $2 and $5 rebuy. At the very least I enjoy rebuys, so I won't be tilted due to boredom!
Have you thought of buying in for $10 and playing 6 tables of NL50 - you certainly won't get bored with 6 tables open and if you pick your spots right, you should be able to show a tidy profit fairly easily.

OK - today I have a new mini-mission - 'Reading or bust'. I've just found out that this year's women's poker tour is going to be in Reading tomorrow, and I am free. I am also skint. I know from experience that I can do very well in these games, poker gods willing, and I really want to play. Today's mission is to spin $50 up to $200 to fund my buy in. Not sure yet whether I'm going to play cash or STTs - will probably multi table cash.
wish me luck - gogogogogp!
