Hmm.........a good question. Does it add something to have the diaries sprinkled into the other boards like chocolate on a cappacino........or feat them all together like a piece of chocolate fudge cake with chocolate sauce and chocolate ice cream on the side.........maybe too rich for my food starved body......leave them in the mix

I agree - some diaries are purely about poker and belong on the rail.  Other's (like Snat's) have no poker content at all and are best placed in the lounge. 

One of the best things about the diary threads is the interaction and the tangents they often go off on when debate is sparked - I think that would be lost a bit if they were put onto their own board.
