Im not a lover, but with 3 teams in Semis, the Prem should be awarded the extra place if there is one, and if Everton get it then so be it...

How can it not go to the 2nd team in the Bulgarian league?
Milan definitely don't deserve it...but they probably paid a lot to get it.

It should blatantly be giving to the runner up in the league milan would probably go on and win it wonder if bookies have caught on to this yet

stinks, Bulgaria should have the right just to nominate another team based on league tables. levski sofia shouldn't just accept this,there has to be some appeal
