As an aside to this.. in my halcyon days of hosting an area online (this was in 1996), I used to run a quirky area called Diadem on AOL (it's still there, bless it), and I used to run a hosted chat twice a week. Well, anyway, we got fed up of people coming in and saying "ASL?" (age sex location - you Luddites), and so when someone new would come into the room I'd say:

"Hey there, Welcome to Diadem Chat:) Spit/Swallow?"

There was once a thread on a Celtic board I go on where a guy wanted to know what he should tell his wee boy to call his penis... ended up a poll run & (it being a Celtic board) Souness won  .

The guy said he was printing off the thread & going to read it out at hiw boy's 18th - some parents are too cruel.

At the end up he got all kinds of trouble off his wife when the wee one called it his Souness at the playgroup & the mother was asked what it was all about.
