Coldplay...

i went to the gig on monday at brixton academy, it was free to press and media i think but my mates a balla down there and in the loop.

we missed the first half an hour, i got stung for nando's CCR (£55) and taxi CCR (£35) we went to a club after called the garders club in covent garden, where a shark attack was £7 each!   neverends. Coldplay own

I watched it and enjoyed it.  But then I'm a fan of all their stuff.  Got the album the other night as well.

I had the pleasure of sitting next to sting at Lennox Lewis v Frank Bruno. He was damn fine company tbh.

I personally think Coldplay are amongst the best at what they do.  I have all the 3 previous studio albums, although to be honest, I rarely play them nowadays. There are 2/3 standout tracks on each one though IMHO.

Must confess when I heard their new song Viva La Vida I really thought it must be the new single by this lot!



Anyone else hear a similarity or is it just me?
