best thing to do is to go to your squad page and copy and paste it onto here somewhere, we can then get you pointed in the right direction!

Crikey, I don't know what anyone else thinks but if this is an example of a new "improved" Battrick squad for beginners then they need to have a rethink!

I think you've been a little unlucky there Mondatoo as I'd expect you to have a couple of competents or respectables in there to begin with.

But to deal with the hand you've been dealt.  I'd split your squad into 3 sections......

1. Tiny & Willis are trainable 17 year olds so get some nets on them immediately.

2. You have 8 other players who have medium bat/bowl, medium conc/cons and medium stamina. Bit of a shame they're all 30 though! However they can form the basis of your team, certainly for now, although I'd be looking even to phase these guys out as your squad builds in quality.  Their stats are absolute minimum for competitive team plus 30 is knocking on a bit

3. Rest of squad.....fire them immediately!!

I'd then get into transfer market and try to pick up some "competent" batsmen/bowlers (still with med cons/conc  stamina though if possible)  to fill up your squad.  Hopefully they shouldn't be setting you back more than £10k each and I'd aim to build up a squad of around 20 players.

Try to buy a couple of 17 year olds to train too, you do get ITS credits to develop your own youth picks but this is hit and miss so I'd say it's best to hold these back for when you have a better academy.

Note it is very important not to go into debt so plan your finances carefully!

If you can pick up a couple of "respectables" so much the better too but finances may be tight to begin with.

You look to have a good sprinkling of bots (unmanaged teams) in both your leagues who you should be able to beat and keep morale of squad/fans up.

I'd look to get established this season and then go for promotion next season!!!

Good luck!   thumbs up

Just noticed that you are in same league as another team with exactly the same name as yours!   How coincidental and confusing is that!!!

I think you've been unlucky with the random bit, think the 30yos and 17yos are pretty much fixed.

Second Mondatoes looks to be a bug to me.

I think it's a bug rather than you reging twice, the other team isn't quite set up properly.

I see we add diva in as the 16th team, then kick off when he gets back.

4 groups of 4, home and away games (6), top half into one knockout, bottom half into another.

Total of 9 weeks, so plenty of time to fit it all in.

Anyone still in the BT cup?

Ashdown, Dobie and Garner may make ok openers for now as they have good experience.
I have a med opener who scores runs no matter who he plays due to his experience level.
Go and find a few 17 year olds you'll be able to pick em up for 1 or 2k this time of the season.
