Ive been to many gigs and Public Enemy are the best band I've ever seen. Another band I had never heard of, Spearhead were awesome

My most memorable are;

The Cult - Hammersmith Palais
New Order - Town and Country Club Kentish Town
Springsteen - Wembley 1985

Erm this is a really tricky one.

From a personal point of view, I have to say New Order at the Rock Werchter 05 (Belgium's version of glasto), me and my mates were the only ppl who seemed to have any idea who they were. First time i had seen them and are pretty much heroes of mine, played all the classics inc the joy division ones.

Honourable mentions go to Oasis knebworth and leeds festival 00 (much speculated it would be there last gig beforehand).

Pulp at Sheffield Uni (homecoming gig and all that)

and

Chemical brothers in a monster thunder storm at above Belgian festival, the only ppl left were the hardcore idiot, or the ones who were too drunk to care (me).

Too many to mention....

Particular highlights:

Pogues at the NEC when Fairytale of New York was first at No 1. Loads of youngsters all crushing near the front, Pogues kick off with Sickbed of Cuchulainn and the Pogues fans went nuts - about 300 crying kids trying to flee for cover

Springsteen at Bramall Lane, Sheffield - last gig of the Tunnel of Love tour, brought Edwin Starr on to sing War.

Runrig at Loch Lomond - was near the front, looked back up the hill to the castle and the whole f*cking place was jumping.

Simple Minds at Ibrox - awesome.

Black Eyed Peas at Glasgow Carling Academy - bought tickets for friends, got left with one which I couldn't sell - was blown away at the concert.

Big Country, the Alarm, the Alabama3 - any time I saw them - always a fantastic night.

I've been forced to go and see them a couple of times, both times I've really enjoyed it.

My list of gigs is severely limited, but I did enjoy a Blur concert once at the NEC, and also recall being impressed with Libertines when they supported Supergrass at Rock City in Notts.

Big Country at Barrowlands was outstanding.
One that stands out from the distant past was Quo at the Apollo Glasgow.Whole place was bouncing.

I could not possibly choose one, they all mean something, I have tried to keep a reply below a page and I cant do it.  I go to a lot of gigs they have all been great (only ever walked out of 2), greatest of them all cannot be done.

The previously mentioned Prodigy set at Knebworth on the Saturday of the Oasis gigs don't suppose anybody has a copy of this set?
