Thundercats - Who fits the role?

When I watch Thundercats, I always think David Jason would make a great Slithe. If he could get rid of his Del Boy voice he would play the role well, unfortunately I have never heard him in a role without that voice.
I think Hugh Jakman could make a great Tygra, Terry O'Quinn would be great as Panthro ( even though the original voice was given by a black actor, afterall Panthro is blue so it doesn't really matter ).
I am not sure who would play jaga, although a Shakespearean actor such a Ian Mckellan would do a good job. I thought of Sean Connery initially, but was put off by his ever present Scottish accent.
Lion-O is a tough one, nobody really fits the role that I can think of. Maybe a young unknown actor with an irritating voice.
Who fits the role?
Lion-O:
Panthro:
Tygra:
Cheetara:
Willy Kat:
Willy Kit:
Jaga:
Lynx-O:
Pumyra:
Mumm-Ra:
Mumm-Ra( as Mummy):
Slithe:
Jackalman:
Monkian:
I guess Slithe, Jackalman or Monkian could be played by any of our current Politicians. Jackalman's crawling behaviour is mirrored by many politicians on the news each night. Monkian seems just as dim as many of the current MSP's.
This is a great link for season 1

As a Liono, I think Tom Welling would be great in that part, he's young enough to convey the youth and inexperience of liono and he has the phyisique and acting skills for it too imho.
Monkian has to be eddie Murphy, Monkian was a fool of the highest order apt
Bumraa has to be Sly stalone, makeup costs will be low, he talks the same way and well its sly
Cheetara - pick any foxy woman with a phenomenal body, I doubt she will be there for anything other than eyecandy if the movie follows the format of the cartoon so no real need for acting ability, just looking good.
But of its an actress then megan Fox, Flexible and stunning to boot
Jaga - Martin Landau could probably fill that role, and do a good job of it too

No that was Jason Scott Lee who played Bruce Lee.
Jet Li was in Lethal Weapon 4, among many others

I just had a look on imdb , Jason Scott Lee also played Mowgli in the Jungle Book. I don't think I have seen the other dude as I am not really an action movie fan .
