The trouble is that even if it is their fault they would rarely admit it unless it's VERY obvious.
I had a problem on Betfair that cost me 550 euros and a very good chance of winning a seat to monte carlo, they didn't even bother to reply to my emails!!!
There is little you can do in this situation, if they aren't bothered then they aren't bothered.
I had 2 sponsored players talk to them directly about it, both were told it would be looked into but nothing, so someone totally from the outside won't have a better chance.

i know a few guys who work as online live support for poker sites. They say its a fairly reasonable money and they work from home.

Now if i was wanting to go into poker full time but not necessarily play that much then this is the kind of thing id be looking to do to start off with

as an affiliate I have from time to time raised issues with the relevant poker manager. One good reason for opening your accounts with reputable affiliates who will actually work on your behalf.
