Network not really an issue, as far as i'm aware you can pay a small fee and get them unlocked to allow any sim?!

Ones a bit worn & torn, other is good condition.

Some of the new Nokia's are a pain to get unlocked (found this with the N95) and if it's locked to 3 it's virtually impossible to get unlocked (as far as I'm aware).
Also, getting a 1 year contract is getting harder to find, majority of them seem to be 18months now, upgradable after 16.
