Thanks Rodders. I think I will find one cheaper though, i.e. someone who has had/is due an upgrade and doesn't want to change phones.

When you upgrade you do keep your old phone, I got about 6 in my kitchen draw Smiley

You can upgrade after 9 months. Yes you can keep your old phone. What network are you on? (Yours will obv be locked to that network)

Network not really an issue, as far as i'm aware you can pay a small fee and get them unlocked to allow any sim?!

Ive got two Nokia N95 phones due to upgrade in about 4 weeks both on vodaphone.
Ones a bit worn & torn, other is good condition.
If that would be any good Red, let me know.

Some of the new Nokia's are a pain to get unlocked (found this with the N95) and if it's locked to 3 it's virtually impossible to get unlocked (as far as I'm aware).

Also, getting a 1 year contract is getting harder to find, majority of them seem to be 18months now, upgradable after 16.
