Richard Herbert echos the victim from the previous post by mumbling the word "sick" to himself and shaking his head profusely. Sadly, for curiosity purposes, I didn't get to see his hand, but the board read and opponent John Earle (pictured) was sitting pretty, and smugly, with . Even as I departed the table, Richard was still beaming a disgruntled expression, so I can only assume he had a similarly nutty hand. Unlike before, Richard's stack has been more than bisected as he now sits with just a few thousand in chips.

well done to iwan yesterday and of course no suprise to see the imperious Ian Cox up there.any welshmen playing today?Huh?Huh?Huh?Huh?Huh?Huh???

Yes, there are more Welshman here today than an anti-Anne Robinson members meeting. Off the top of my head, I recall stumbling upon Roberto Romanello, Darren Shallis and pseudo dragon Harpit Gurnam (who admittedly is about as Welsh as Greg Rusedski is English). I've now hooked my mucky mitts onto the player list, so as soon as I get a spare moment, I'll start writing that up pronto.

Sacha Ordelheide is one of a handful of early eliminations to be forced to chew on dust. His exit emerged in rather surprising circumstances as he gambled with a flush draw and pushed with on a flop. Less surprisingly, Q Tran (pictured) looked him up quicker than a hiccup with . A turn triggered an academic Two Diamonds river and that was all she wrote for Sacha who swiftly exited stage left.

The first player to crack today was Daniel Nutt, who will have collected the lesser desired wooden spoon on his way out. He was closely followed by former international footballer Teddy Sheringham who was said to be "playing a lot of hands" by my secret source.

In the absence of Dana, and seeing as though she is playing today, I feel obliged to echo my sentiments of yesterday and honour her with a series of Dana-esque 'of the days':

Jacket of the day...

Hoodie of the day...

Perm of the day...

"I wouldn't mess with him" of the day...

Fish Dish of the day...

Passing Kings preflop is one of those things players naturally hate to do, but one player has done just that.

Rob Taylor was happy to see a raise in front of him when he looked down to see those cheeky cowboys. He re-popped the initial 350 raise to 1,100 from the small blind, only to then find the big blind re-raising to 3,000!

He ummed and ahhed but as I'd already revealed he made the decision to lay them down and was rewarded by being shown Aces. Sweet!

Here is Rob shortly after his impressive fold, only 1,100 chips worse off. Cheap as chips.

Sir Julian Thew of yoyoness and resident Mr Will Hill, more relaxed than usual with his sleeves rolled up and the top button undone like a Tom Jones body double. I guess when you've won two of these blasted things, you can afford to be confident.

There's a slight norkathon on the table near the door with an unprecedented two slices of norkage on one table. The pick of the crop is possibly this young broad, who I believe is E Jones. It's a bit awkward her being sat next to the door though, as she keeps leaning out to grope me every time I pass. Becoming somewhat of a pest in truth.

Can anyone guess whose hat this belongs to?

It's a tea-bag encrusted DTD cap boasting the words PG Tips: only 2p a bag.

Here's the requested John Eames, who has just over his 10,000 starting stack at the moment, roughly 11,250. He was seen wandering around shoeless in the casino as the £12 shoes he'd bought to replace his illegal trainers were "very uncomfortable". Tut, tut, tut!
