Just noticed the d/d for this was 12.99 and not the 9.99 i'm used to paying.. googling it I see that it has gone up but surely they have to notify their customers of this??

Did anyone else get a letter or a call or whatnot?

I've heard that phoning up to cancel can lead to a fiver off a month for the next 6 months.

They sent out an email announcing the change.
Put it in hidden amongst the "THIS SEASON ON SETANTA" rubbish.

They have England games, Community Shield and FA Cup this year and just secured the Calzaghe fight so i'm not too fussed at the increase.
