I think I'd shove.  Looks like a position raise to me

I dont like pushing versus an unknown but I think that this is a push primarily because he can easily pass and a lot of the other stacks on the table wont be able to laydown to a shove once they have raised or will be shoving themselves. You have good FE v his stack so its got to go in

funnily enough i think his stack reduces this spots effectiveness, but shove is still good. Would prefer him to have same stack.

just because he has a big stack doesnt mean he is raising light. I think you have a few too many chips to shove here and would like some kind of a read that the villain is opening a lot b4 shoving in over 22 bbs over  a mp raise. I think you have enough time with your stack to fold and gain a better read, although shoving definetly isn't bad

I agree that when you are playing similar stacks and you are effectivley asking a question for someones tournament the calling ranges become really screwed down and so the shove has a better chance of sucess. but.. The shove represents a 3rd of the openers stack, he has to have a pretty tight range to call. He can pass and still be dominant CL on the table .
