I would like t get involved, but I'm a bit concerned that this is not set up as an official syndicate, therefore any winnings that might potentially be shipped to participants would count as a lifetime gift from Greg rather than a share of winnings. In case anyoine is not aware of the implications of this, it means that in the unfortunate circumstances that Greg were to die within seven years of the winnings being shipped, recieving players would be liable to pay tax on their winnings.

Greg, can you confirm whether you have applied for a syndicate form from the lottery or whether this is just being done 'off the cuff'?

I don't think you'd need the form with this being set up on this forum and with transfers via stars.

There's an obvious trail which would stand up in any court if it came to it.

I know what you're saying though.

I suggest we leave 7 million in the pot, to provide Greg with round the clock security and health care for the 7 years.
