Went to the Birmingham Rileys in City Centre, to enter £10 freezeout. Could not believe it when I was told it was £13, with £3 for a 'facility charge'.
Like 888 and Pacific, they are complete jokes and haven't got the foggiest in how to run tournaments. The 'trained' tourney director didn't have a clue. 8 players on one table and 4 on another. Certainly won't play in another Rileys game again.
Anyone else had any similar experiences?

It is a flat fee regardless of the entrance, legally they can only play for a maximum of £10 a person.
This means though that in for example where they regularly get 50 punters its £3 facility charge to play for £5 per person. The charge wasn't supposed to have gone up until the 25th of August though.

the on i played in charged £10 then put £8 of that into the prizepool wtf ??
i'd rather pay the £12 and have £10 go into the prizepool , pretty poor , the one i played in has been trying hard to get good organisaition and structure etc , but they've got the buy in wrong , licensing is their problem not the players after all

Soft enough to make up for 30% juice??? No their terrible value now. Back in the day of the unlimited £10 rebuy, it was a whole different story!
