First, I apologies for my English, its only my 2ND language, and I'm only 15.

OK.
I get in situations like this a lot.
Imagine my hand is
 a flop comes

I have the highest pair, and a queen as a kicker, but I'm a bit scared from the hearts. usually I make pretty big bets here to make other players fold, because I dint want to see another heart on the turn and get beaten by a flush.
Or should I better slowplay or what?
thanks.

History of oponents actions  and pre flop position will give some indication whether your likely to be outkicked. imo 70% of pot is enough to make it wrong for op to draw for flush. No need to bet really big - and hence loose less if the action becomes really strong and you have to fold.

Difficult to say as different situations require different approaches. You need to provide us with a specific example with stacks, betting patterns, etc.
