I didn't even get a sodding email!!  The top 0.1% get a different e-mail. It's getting sent out tomorrow. And the minimum bet lot get theirs by carrier pigeon, should get yours by next Thursday Kin. |

Hmmm, getting concerned here. I missed a phone call this morning from some fella called Jensen from Betfair.
It was all a bit vague but it informed me that an email would be coming my way re: charges. Nothing has arrived as yet. Uh oh imo

Put simply, we are introducing this charge because as a business we spend more on the customers that will incur Premium Charges than they generate in existing charges.
You couldn't make it up...
