Would you not be better splitting Fergus's share between his backers?  Doesnt make sense to split his share between yourselves imo.

Or, another course of action is ship it to me, he owes me £35 anyway

I have to agree with the above.

The other option of splitting Fergus' share between those who staked him was also a winner imo.

Splitting between your backers isnt really the right thing to do, but thats just my opinion.

tell you what then if everone wants to send back fergus's share $9.05 for 10% then il have a poll and you can choose who the money goes to, it really doesnt bother me either way tbh

Personally I think you should have held onto his share until such time as he had paid back his stakers which in all likehood was never but now not only you but the rest of your backers by accepting your payments have grimmed Fergus out of his share. I certainly am not interested in receiving 10% of what he was due because I don't expect to receive payment from anyone other than Fergus unless someone wants to buy my share as advertised days ago on the Fergus thread.
