or download "Capture wiz" and the print screen button auto saves as a jpeg.

Next problem is the screen shots are saved as a Bitmap, which I cannot send via E mail

I have used Vector magic to convert these to a png which can be sent

I have to send the image to them , select photo style and medium quality, then it vectorizes, and I click send PNG to get it back

takes about 4 minutes a picture, but it is free from vectormagic.com

http://www.picresize.com/  is a good site for manipulating images.

Your best bet is to download some free picture-editing software.

http://www.adobe.com/products/photoshopexpress/

or

www.gimp.org

gimp .org? How do you find these sites? Wink

I like Serif

http://www.tucows.com/preview/275347

totally free.

Also the very nice PaintShopPro, which is only $80 (who pays for this stuff?). They put a timelock in after the last few versions, get an older one at www.oldversion.com . Look for the earliest version .

When saving in paint just choose to save it as jpeg or png, whatever format you need.
