anyone any experience of using their telephone helpline?  I've been on hold for 17.5 minutes.  What are the odds of speaking to someone before 11.15?

grr.  got to talk to someone at 11.02, so not as bad as expected.  I'm going up to DTD for the sky thing and booked hotel last night.  Decided to travel up today and play the £75 tonight so wanted to amend my booking to include tonight.  After finally getting through to someone she told me best thing to do was just make another 1 night booking and she'd put me through to the sales team.  in the time I was holding to speak to them I made the booking on t'internet.  Hate wasted time!!!
