Pretty pleased that this is my 300th post:

Some of you might remember that a few months ago a mate of mine challenged me to the half homeless challange where i had to live in my car for a week:

http://blondepoker.com/forum/index.php?topic=30880.0

Well me and this 'mate' where watching TV where a guy had to walk 60 miles to save a friend! Evan then said that the guy should complain and its easy!

That got me thinking and i have decided i am now ready for his challange!

The distance between the Grosvenor in Brighton and The Vic is 63 miles!!!!!!

So his challange is:

To walk from Brighton Grosvenor to the Vic in the space of 29hrs and 30 minutes

He is only allowed to have money on him for the amount we will agree before

Only method of transport is by Foot!

the date for this challange is Thursday October 2nd 2008

I have given him odds of 10/1 and he has put £100 on himself completing the challange

LET THE GAMES BEGIN

The very last hand of the night goes to Dewi James, who finds ACES and talks Raymond O’Mahoney into calling his all-in preflop bet of 15k.  “If I had AQ, I’d call!” says Dewi.  Raymond calls holding pocket 66’s.

That's some challenge.

What kind of shape is he in physically?

Is there even a pavement over half the route?

Wow, I've slept in my car a couple of the times in the past, have no idea how you put up with that for a week!

This challenge sounds mental!!!!

Ya he is in good physical shape!

There is a route to take and we have looked into it before confirming the challange as we had to see if it was 'do'able or not

yeh im in v good shape atm and some of the route (in the 1st 11miles) isn't paved so this could be my 1st and last post on blonde.lol.
google maps say that its gonna take 18 hours to walk the whole route but im aiming for much quicker than that as im gonna run the first 25miles in a max of 5hours.
motivation is high though as i want my money back from when he was a homeless bum for 144hours (still hurts that he won that bet and even the HU against me in the MTT. his A6 vs 99 on the first night he was homeless! *sigh*) plus theres nothing sweeter than stripping khalid of a £1000 in under 24hours.
