Can they be washed and dried in the tumble drier it has the fart flap and lining on it.

Have you checked down along the sides for the label?  They aren't always along the neck line.

You can probably get away with washing it in a cold water wash, but then hang it to dry and iron when it's nearly dry.

wash it on low temp (30) then hang it on the line it'l be fine

FFS the label was on the inside of the pocket

and yes it is machine washable on low temperature and hang to dry then iron.
