What a result , One or more of the 10 youths that broke Darrens leg and ribs and put him out of work for over 6 weeks have been caught.
They have been told not to do it again. Given a pat on the back and off they go.

If we want to bring rcharges we need to get a solicitor for some independent jobbie. What bugs me is how did they catch them from CCTV if they have no previous?

So hang on, let me get this right ... they were captured on CCTV committing the offence of ABH, they were eventually caught by the police but the police have decided not to charge them ??
If that is the case then its fkin scandalous !!

The wording went as follows.
PROGRESS SO FAR
Following successful investigation, a young person/s has been arrested and admitted your crime.
The young person has been given a fianl warning for your crime. This decision was made after considering the circumstances of the offence abd the previous character of the young person. Whilst the young person is not going to court on this occasion, this fianl warnig will be taken into account if they are arrested in the future.

So the young person/s were stealing and could easliy have commited manslaughter with the wrong kick, but they are ok to carry on in this wonderful world commiting any crime they feel they can get away with.
