On the morning of the Blonde Bash I collected some ex battery chickens

Here's their new house, and also them in their weekend coop (more sun than the main house) and out for a stroll.

Quite an intense, hard to articulate pleasure, watching them go about their chicken business

We've have two chickens for a couple of years now and they're eggcellent fun.  Great having them wonder round the garden and our daughter loves them
