Having only just got the all clear from a broken leg, my eldest decided whilst goofing around last night that now would be a good time to have a broken hand!!!!  talktothehand

Despite arguing the toss with him all day, he wants to go to A&E tomorrow saying that it prob isn't broken and just swollen, that is until his PE teacher took one look at it and said "Broken".

So why am I not sat in A&E with him right now I hear you say?   The little ****er has decided that he wants to go and see his mates, and will be back on the 9:30 bus for me to take him to A&E.  I flatly refuse to go there tomorrow!!

I think I may ask A&E to name a chair after him and put it on permanent reserve!

Kids eh!  Who'd ave em?

OUCH Trace    Sad

I'd try and get him to hospital as soon as. I completely knackered my hands up when I was in my teens. Was well into Karate and admitting something was hurt would have been a knock to my sence of masculinity at that age.

Ive been told that I have numerous small breaks etc to my hands and I will have to live with it....cant open my fingers as much as most people, get a bit of arthritis (and that will get worse as I age) and cant do chip tricks!!!!!

Tell him to stop being an idiot and sort it out! He'll be glad of it when he's older.

(Although if he is at all like I was at his age, advice like that from Mum aint going to make the slightest bit of difference!)   LOL   good luck!!!

Andy

To be honest Tikay wore me out so much last night - I'm glad of the few hours reprieve!!  lol

I'm gonna kill two birds with one stone and do my shopping at Asda as soon as we get out of A&E, it's open 24 hours, and I think it is satisfactory punishment for the little bleeder too.  lmao
