I have complete information of his bank account details with an outstanding balance of £38,600,000.00GBP (38..600 Million GBP).To make you be sure of this, I can provide you with details of his bank statement  to confirm his balance.I know that you would be apprehensive and feel that this is a big sum, but it not matter because this is a legacy being passed on to a next-of-kin and you are the available next-of-kin.As I am not very sure of getting your consent yet on the issue,I prefer not to divulge my full identity so as not to risk being disbarred. It is unfortunate that he and his daughter died in the london bomb attacks on 7 july 2005, the wife died of a heart attack upon recieving the news a week after also falling on and crushing the familly pet cat whiskers, geroge who is 64 years old and was due to retire from 40 service in the police force the next day delivered the sad news to her over the phone which is by the front door and was worried by her reaction so he went round to check on her but unfortunatly tripped over whiskers body as he entered and broke his neck

Whilst I despise these types of scams, I have to say that any victim with at least an average IQ deserves no sympathy as at the least you are complicit in theft or money laundering (or you would be if it were not a scam!)

Also wouldn't the government miss their 40% IHT take on the £36m

Big clues - Based in Scotland - working in Guildford. The laws are different in Scotland & England/Wales/The 6 Counties - anyone qualified in Scots Law would surely be based in Scotland.
