This is a tough one for me posting this, as I feel like a beggar in some ways...but times are hard i've let the roll slip with way too many jaunts to Marbella and not paying attention to the poker funds. I see most fellow players around me staked in some form and feel its time to throw my hat in...I final tabled the Stars Warm up in 2007 and won $11k in the old 100k. Also do pretty good in the Blonde rebuys especially the afternoon ones...plenty of scores on the main sites and would ideally look at Stars, Tilt and Blonde (Ipoker).

A Long term staking is what im looking for rather than lots of different people with %s.

Proposed schedule:

Blonde : 12.05pm 10k rebuy, 2.15pm 15k rebuy, 4.15pm 15k rebuy, 5.10pm 10k rebuy. (each mtt is norm one rebuy/one add on $90 max each mtt)

Stars/Tilt - Various freezeouts/rebuys $20+

Winnings ideally to be 50/50 + stakeback...

Here are my oprs this year:

How much of a roll are you looking to get together for this?  'Ideally' you want one backer, would you consider splitting it into say, 5 slices for ppl?

Well obv my original post still stands about a long term backer but in the meantime you've made me think Mr Prince and have decided on an offer for the daily morning mtts on Stars, I am looking for a $2000 roll, which can be split between backers.  If i could get 10 people to sort $200 each, they would receive their stakeback and 5% of any profits each. It consists of the following 3 mtts:

$10k gtd - $33
$20k gtd - $33
$8k gtd - $33

Anyone interested let me know and hopefully a good start from here!

How long would you be playing this for?

Do you stop once the original $2k is gone and divvy up the profits or do you carry on with whatever's in the pot until you decide to pay out?

What I want to know is how long it might take for me to see any return?

You need to clarify this.

hes looking for a long term backer. trouble is its ballache xferring to ipoker daily, and the rebuys would have to be limited to like 4/5.

With marc's proposed schedule it would probably be $800-1k a day in buyins, and the only people on here i knowof that stake at these figures are flushy and middy, but they have top class stables already. Might be best if you did a shedule of like 30 tourns marc and then sold 5% lots off.

Good point, could try this for a full month and then pay out at the end with hopefully a nice profit.

Of course hopefully this wont happen (healthy amount of buy ins, and low runners in these am mtts)... but if people want to continue to back me I will treat it as make up and will work that off before recieving any money myself.

you have only played 300 odd tourneys sledge, you dont know whether you are a long term winner or not yet, so how will your staker know?

edit-- your OPR stats are only from this year on your post. although you have played 600 odd on stars at -3%
