It's not funny either Sad

I was just about to put my ready-to-be-baked potato into the oven and firstly turned the oven on and it happened !

The knob broke off with the oven just turned on and it needed surgical procedures with tweezers and pliers to firstly get the oven to the correct heat and later it was a real struggle to turn it off again as the pliers won't fit in the hole and the tweezers kept slipping off the lever.

All in all a quite harrowing experience.

Just when things are hotting up, you find your knob won't work.

Never mind Ralph, it happens to the best of us. (So I've heard)

In my house we had 5 knobs but 2 of them have fallen off.
we've mastered borrowing nobs.

Edit: we had 6 nobs and we're down to 3.

Are you still referring to the condition of your knob?
