i'm opposing pompy all season whilst adams is there, he seems to have the social skills of a mental case looking for his pills with his slippers hanging on his ears, i cannot see the players relating to him at all, he comes out with some seriously weird stuff in his interviews and just seems a very odd person, aside from that i dont think he's got the manegerial pedigree to run a top flight team, the players are going to very quickly(if they havnt already) lose confidence in him.
