need a word, plz help

I need a word that conveys extreme anguish or pain. Something along these lines.

"aargh"
"ugh"
"aaaahhhh"

Although they are all pretty poor.

Can be made up by yourself or borrowed.
10 letter maximum, onimatapia essential.

It's not an expletive I'm looking for though, more a description of an involuntary noise.

Something gutteral, instinctual and raw. Like "mooooooo" (but much better obv, possibly with more g's and h's)

Keep em coming, I can't over stress the importance of choosing the right word for this particular context.

I need to make sure it's perfect or the whole thing won't work.
We're going to lead with it. It needs to be the sort of word that could stand as a work of art on it's own.

It needs to be both masculine and feminine.
It needs to be so real that it inspires empathy from the soulless.

To be all these things, maybe I should up the limit to 12 letters?

i feel this could be the perfect situation for an "AYAAAAAARRRRR" I have made it 13 letters as I feel it is worthy of the extra character

I won't deny that is a work of art Kev, and I won't begrudge the extra character, but it's such a happy word.

I need an antonym of AYAAAAAARRRRR. A word for horror, for despair, disbelief, omfg this can't be happening to me kinda thing.
