Old school: Billy Connelly, Richard Pryor.

Have seen Dara O'Briain, Jimmy Carr and the brilliant Rhod Gilbert over the last year. Michael McIntyre is superb.

Comic genius, sadly dead now is Bill Hicks.

Lee Evans just always gets me in stitches, Closely followed by Eddie Murphy RAW

Shows how subjective comedy is, as Lee Evans doesn't even make me smile.

SNAP:  Although I did go and see him 2 weeks in the MEN as my sis had a spare ticket and there were a couple of moments i LOL'd, but I couldnt sit through a DVD of his...

Jerry Sadowitz FTW.

+1

I've seen Jerry a couple of times and am doing so again next weekend - all that brilliant humour plus the fact he's the best close-up magician in the country.

Also, I saw Chris Rock's latest stand-up show on Channel 4 last Friday - he is an amazing performer as well.

3rd time in a year Monday night - cannot wait.

Saw him at a Music festival last December was much fun to see a crowd not aware of what they were going to see - oh how quickly some of them left.

Shit post Nakor, such a clown.

What do you get when you cross a joke with a rhetorical question?

lol very good. I saw a similar skit by Chris Rock on Gay RIghts. "They're complaining they don't have equal rights! They can't fight, and they can't get married! Who has it better than that?"

Saw Chris Rock's show at the weekend, delivery is top notch as ever. Says it like it is, crowd cheering, crowd booing, just says it as he sees it.

1st time I've seen this in years and just realised Chris Rock pretty much ripped off Bill Hicks with his joke about people being hipocrites about acceptable drugs and unacceptable drugs- he pretty much copies it word for word
