Having problems watching anything on ninja at the moment so was wondering if anyone was having the same problem or knows of a solution.

When I click to launch the NinjaVideo Helper the thing pops up but then the second box which usually pops up where you need to hit 'run' or the like doesn't pop up meaning none of the videos work.

Any ideas?

I get the helper to work but most of the videos still never work. It worked fine up until a few weeks ago and now just doesn't work at all, on IE or Firefox.

As for getting the window to pop up asking you to run the helper it must be set in some default in the settings somewhere. Maybe mess about with the settings or reset everything to default.

Anyone know any other good sites? All the vids on Surfthechannel are poor quality and the sync of the sound and video gets slowly worse the further it goes on - drives me nuts.
