The way i did it was using software which converts what is on a dvd to a different format. I then put this on Windows movie maker and add intro and then save and upload to youtube. There may be an easier way, but it works for me.

PS this was done at Oxford services on the M40, worth the £3.

dvd: use DVDFAB  Platinum, convert to video file.
