For a mystery blonde (why do I always get the phone call?)

A raise pre flop, called and our hero in the BB calls with

FLOP

Pre-flop raiser bets out 1,000

What does our hero in the BB with  flopped and in his hand do?

What should a TD do?

Tell the dealer, new deck, chips back and replay the hand.  Surely nothing else can happen?

or can it....

Hero should shove all in probably, not only does he have a pair, a flush draw and a backdoor straight draw, he also has a much better chance at getting quads with three more tens out there and only two needed.

it did

Our hero suggests voiding the hand when the raiser says

"No, I've got pocket kings, I want to play the hand out"

they played it out !!! and our hero spiked a ten (trip tens?) on the river to bust the Kings

I think, I lost the will to live before the end of the phone call

Actually hero should have stuck with the decision if the villain wanted to see his kings play out, he was the favourite to win the hand, especially with the extra ten possibly out there. KK is a proper numpty as you say.

ruling was hand played out with just chips in middle

i spiked the river and gave everyone there chips back

then the other tables deck was found to have only 49 cards

whole comp was restarted dispite players having been knocked out and some of us sitting with 2x average stack

Void hand, return all bets, new deck.

To play this hand out is simply unfair. The two of you in the pot can't simply decide "shall we run it or not?" - the rules are clear here.

Perhaps more importantly, why are the decks wrong? Were they not spread on the table visible to all players before play commenced?
