ok I promised myself I wouldn't bite! Just wondering why Vandam is a newbie as he bragged in one of his 32 posts that he has been on here since Blonde started? He has posted 4 remarks about me a few posts about the moderators and a few on live updates. And a few about how well junction 10 are doing. One thing I can't argue about is how well Walsall do during a festival, congratulations to them. Still don't see the point of the title of the thread though? We are doing fine......... thumbs up

Has anyone ever said anythin bad about the way J10 run festivals??

Think someone here has an alterior motive perhaps, and this reeks of an inside post IMO as very rarely would a player nose dive that much especially with such a lack of understanding of the english language and grammar lol

ive said it elsewhere - aint a better card room manager (or managed card room) that i have come across on my travels so far.  and this includes walsall which is not up to the qualities of broadway.

Well yes, the Thread Title did surprise me a little. I see no reason to belittle ANY of you guys, Walsall, Blackpool, Broadway. You are all doing a hard job, & doing it well. I am not into belittling folks who are doing their best, I'm just not. There is room for all three cardrooms, thank goodness. A little healthy competition, a touch of edge, no problem, but I'd like to think we can remain reasonably civil to each other.

And Vandam? Well, this is really odd, because I know the guy very well indeed, he's a long term personal friend, but he's made a couple of oddly aggressive posts - including one aimed squarely at me & blonde - in the last few days. Curious, but it is what it is.

It's a very weird thing, but not one, but TWO guys who I would consider decent friends have had a swipe at me or blonde in the last 48 hours. Why weird? Because I know both of them very well, & kinda thought that if they had a prob, they'd PM or ring me. One of them, a long term, much respected, blondeite, who's a buddy, actually complained about blonde on ANOTHER Forum - how bizarre is that?

Nowt queer as folk, eh?

Nowt so queer. Quite correct.

I thought all the Walsall/Broadway stuff had stopped since you last slapped their wrists Tony.

Still it amuses at least one reader of the forum. But I always have had a strange sense of humour.

And Unfortunately Mr. RED-DOG, I've seen one of yours.

I still have slightly blurred vision because of it. I need my  Cool Cool Cool Cool for next time you come to town.

And bobble-hat.

I don't think I ever slapped any of their wrists, they are all good guys. I was discussing the Thread Title more than anything.
