After 8 months of my partner being stalked (upto 40 calls a day) and various letters to us by her crazy ex boyfriend I finally spoke to him in person and stated that if it didnt stop now he was gonna be in trouble with the police. We had already reported him once , but no more than that

He ran upto me in a nightclub in Bury St Edmunds after this conversation and tried to punch me. I reacted stupidly by giving him a Glasgow kiss.I did it slighttly to hard and caused him some damage.

I have never been in trouble before.

The stalking has stopped but i received a letter today from him saying he reported me to the police, and that i shud expect a visit.

WHAT COULD I BE CHARGED WITH, AND IN YOUR OPINIONS DO I HAVE GROUNDS FOR SELF DEFENCE

If a similar situation crops up again, give him some betting tips if you want to hurt him.

Seriously though, the best revenge is successful living, make sure this incident doesn't cause any rift in your relationship.

I have been and am showing a small profit from them, (I think, missed a couple of your good ones coz I was busy) meant nothing by it, just a wee friendly rib.

Put me down for 20 quid on nothing happens.
Good luck.
