Sigh.........

Basically, no cashes. Played the Monday £200er. 6k stack, built to 7800, then collapsed to 1800 ffs, wont bore u with the details but 20 minutes later had it up 21k at 150 300. Then made the mistake of getting in 'in front' in 3 keys pots that had they gone my way would have seen me on 40k+ instead it left me on 8k and struggling. Ended up getting most it in with AJ on a AK2 flop, only to find that the other guy checked raised with AQ. Last 1800 went in with my BB @ 300-600-25 with 34 and couldnt hold against AA!!!

Tuesday's £300 comp was a 7k DC. Again got off to a flying start managing to get JJ all in pre v 10 10 for an 11k pot. Not sure if i played this hand right but it had the desire affect. Will post it on and see what the others say. Upto 20k when i raised with AA and sam tricket pushed with AQss. Then lost another big pot with AQ v K9ffs and was down to 10k. Table dynamics and crap starting hands dictated that i would have to wait for a decent spot to double up. 2.5k later in blinds and antes i decided that 10 8 o/s was as good as it was gonna get and managed to get 66 to call my all in on an 8 high board. Very next hand with the blinds up to 300-600 EP makes it 2750 ( from a 7k stack), the guy who has just doubled me up shoves for his last 7k and i reshove with AK from the blind. The EP raiser somehow folds and my ak is good v aq. up to 25k i then call a reasonably short stack push from the SB with AJ and hold v KQ. Finished the night on 42k.

Day 2 was a bit shitty really, made a couple of button raises that went wrong, won a couple of pots pre and by the time the blinds had gone thru me i was on about 31k. Back to me on the button i made my 3rd consecutive button raise, this time with AK hoping the SB would re-raise as before, he passed and Leknave makes it 12k ish from the BB, i move all in he says something in yorkshireish and calls. His 44 flops a set and i'm gone. 21st i think (13 get paid)

So basically if it wasn't for Leknave we may have cashed. Just remember that next time you see him!!!

Thanks to all that staked me, gutted no return this time.
